1. What is IIHM video collaboration platform?

It is a medium to connect to Zoom remote conferencing services. This platform enables IIHM internal and external stakeholders to engage in seamless video conferences, web sessions and meetings.

2. What is Zoom?

Zoom is a video communication enabler. It provides the core software that combines online meetings, video conferencing and mobile collaboration.

3. How can I join a meeting?

If you are an invited member, all you need is the 10 digit-meeting id to join a discussion. Click on “Join” and provide the meeting id & navigate into the meeting room.

4. Can I join a meeting without a 10 digit-meeting id?

Yes, you can. If the host invites you with a direct meeting link, you can click on the link and get navigated directly into the meeting room. You don’t need to visit this platform in such a scenario.

5. How do I sign in?

If you already have a Zoom account, you can directly sign in your profile by clicking Sign in. We recommend you to download and install zoom for best meeting experience. This will also help you get all updates and notifications instantly

6. How do I download Zoom?

You can click the download button to get navigated into download plugins page. Next, you can download desktop plug in – Zoom client for Meetings if accessing through desktop/laptop Or you can download mobile app – Zoom Cloud meeting (Google play / App Store) if you want to access zoom via mobile

7. How many people can I invite?

If you are a pro license holder, you can have 100 participants in your meeting.

8. How long can I run a meeting?

If you are a pro license holder, your meeting duration would always be unlimited irrespective of the number participants.

9. Can I have an audio conference instead of video?

Yes, you can. All you need to do is mute the video of the participants while hosting a meeting.
